My disabled husband died in August after a botched operation in Uuniversity College Hospital. I cared for him for seven years and following his untimely death I have been turned down for help with funeral costs as my doctor did not deem me fit enough to work. So although I have been told that I would be getting a weekly bereavement allowanc - paynment of £90+ per week I have to come off sick benefit of £60.50 amd apply for income support of £60.50. I do not know how to survive on this amount as my gas and electricity are combined cost of £86 per month so I shall be starving soon.

Sophie, I feel for you - but what relevance does that have to this particular post?!
